Attention Assistant Superintendents!  Join host Superintendent Andrew Robertson and his Assistant Will McNeal of Manor Country Club and Sam Camuso of Syngenta for a close-up look at Annual Bluegrass Weevils. At this meeting you will learn useful scouting techniques to properly sample and process adults and larvae and gauge activity and development at your facility/golf course.

Adult Sampling, Collection, Larva

* Demonstrations on how to prep salt bath and plugs
* Learn methods to determine larval instar stage
* Demonstrations on Soap and Vacuum sampling
* Perform your own soap flush
* Assistants are encouraged to bring soil plugs (4-6) for sampling

Each Assistant will be given a "take-home" sampling kit!
