Key Responsibilities
-
Assist in daily maintenance, including mowing, spraying, fertilizing, and course setup.

Operate and diagnose equipment and irrigation systems.

Participate in agronomic planning and applications (pesticide/fertilizer).

Engage in professional development and staff supervision.

Support use of technology platforms, data collection, and innovation discovery.
Qualifications

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and select holidays.
